In 1998, Jeff founded J E Hines & Associates with a clear goal: To make a positive impact on how health insurance is purchased, while providing the highest level of customer service. Starting small, with just roadside signs and door-to-door introductions, he worked tirelessly to build a business rooted in trust and personal connections. Now, over two decades later, working alongside his wife and daughter, he’s proud to say that every client who comes to us does so through a referral from someone we’ve helped.
